LZC Feasibility Assessments
As awareness to resource efficiency (& fuel and Energy cost!) rises, Low or zero carbon (LZC) Energy sources are increasing being installed in our buildings.
Also called ‘Renewable Technologies’, LZC Technologies generate energy using natural resources such as the sun, wind, and water. They include products such as, Solar Hot Water Panels, PV (Electric Generating Solar Panels), Wind turbines and Heat Pumps.
There are many reasons why you may choose to incorporate Low or Zero Carbon Technologies into your Construction project, you may want to reduce your future energy costs or you could simply have a Carbon or Energy Reduction Target to meet for Planning or Building Regulations. Either way, there are many varying factors to consider when determining the most suitable option, such as aesthetics, noise, initial cost, payback and Energy and CO2 Savings.
